I really like the Mexican Decaf American Roast. That’s all I get now. And I especially like supporting the purpose of the company!
I wanted this for myself but one of my daughters latched onto it! I love the bracelet and what you are supporting💞
Pi Lo Chun (also known as Biluochun) is renowned for its delicate appearance, fruity taste, floral aroma, showy white hairs and early cropping.
The name Biluochun literally means "green snail spring". It is named thus because it is a green tea that is rolled into a tight spiral, resembling snail meat, and is cropped in early spring. Chinese tea experts regard it very highly. Zhen Jun (1857 to 1918), author of tea encyclopedia Cha Shuo, ranked it first among Chinese green tea. Longjing tea came second, Liu An Gau Pian came third. It is so delicate and tender that one kilogram of Bi Luo Chun consists of 14,000 to 15,000 tea shoots.
For the traditional Gung Fu brewing style we recommend temperature range of 170-185 degrees F but shorter steeping times starting at approximately 1 minute or less in duration and gradually increasing in subsequent steeps.

This is an excellent green that can brew up light and sweet or be pushed harder for a more full umami sweet flavor. It's a delicious green tea and one that would work great as a cold brew. The snail shaped leaves are a real beauty!
Thanks for the great review Scott!
