Single Source Bourbon Coffee (Whole Bean)
The girls are working very hard to get this coffee to a specialty grade rating and they are getting very close. We recently had a cupping done and this coffee scored 78. Specialty grade is 80 or higher so just a few tweaks and they'll get it. A wonderful lighter roast this coffee makes a wonderful cold brew with a very nice clean finish. Whole bean only.
A recommended brewing method note on this coffee. I don't recommend the drip method if you really want to get the most out of this coffee or any specialty coffee for that matter. Drip coffee makers mute the flavor profiles of specialty coffees and don't allow the subtle notes to come through. I recommend using either a good quality espresso machine or the french press, pour over, or cold brew methods.
