The light roast is low acid and the nutty flavor really comes through. I brew using a heaping 1/3 cup of fine ground coffee using an 8 cup cold brew coffee container. I pour the just starting to boil water over the ground coffee and leave grounds immersed in the water for a few hours. Then I remove the cold brew strainer. Super yummy coffee!! I will be purchasing more.

Highly recommended! Flavors are a pleasant caramel/almond combination with slight fruity undertones. Brewed with a Chemex, water at 201 degrees, with 37g coffee at medium grind and ~630 g water.
