Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Teshuah Tea & Coffee Co., we aim to provide our customers with the best service and flexibility when managing their purchase options. Below is our policy for cancelling or modifying purchase options, including subscriptions and pre-orders.
Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription plans at any time.

To cancel a subscription, log in to your account and navigate to the "Subscriptions" section. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle will not incur any additional charges.

If a cancellation request is made after the renewal date, the current order cannot be refunded, but future renewals will be stopped.
Pre-Order Cancellation

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, please reach out to our team to determine whether the order is eligible for cancellation or modification.
Refunds for Cancelled Purchases

Refunds for cancelled subscriptions or pre-orders will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Please note that certain promotions, limited-edition items, or final-sale items may not be eligible for refund or cancellation. Such restrictions will be clearly indicated during checkout.
