Delicious tea from 90-year-old wild tea trees! This tea exhibits a slight strawberry flavor. If you are brewing in the American style, we recommend a water temp of 170-185 degrees and brewing times of between 4-6 minutes. For the traditional Gung Fu brewing style we recommend a similar temperature range as the American but shorter steeping times starting at approximately 1 minute in duration and gradually increasing in subsequent steeps. The Gung Fu method offers a smooth and refreshing brew that changes with each steep.

Light and sweet

This is a raw puerh that brews up really light with a nice light sweetness. It doesn't have the longevity of older tree material but still last for many a brew. I'd say this is a perfect introduction to raw puerh tea for anyone who's never tried it. It's lighter than any puerh I've had to date withstanding long steep times with no astringency. A nice light refreshing sweetness that's a pleasure to drink!

Nice flavor

Doesn’t take much to brew tea as it’s leaves and not sticks and dirt. I drink with milk and sugar, stands up to that. Great mild flavor. Will purchase again
